Using Ubuntu Linux Book
After a long wait due to printing issues, my book, Using Ubuntu Linux (ISBN 978 0 85934 586 6) is finally available and should be on sale at all good book stores soon! The book has been written for home users who are interested in using Ubuntu Linux but have no wish in becoming a Linux geek.

Ramble around the UNIX file system
The IBM Developerworks site has a useful explanation of the UNIX (and also relevant for the GNU/Linux) file system. The guide explains the directory structure, the contents of each of the directories as well as the naming convention.
